Two New DVC Properties to be Announced Disney will today officially announce two new Disney Vacation Club properties, both in Walt Disney World in Florida, The Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
