Thanks to the missed goal in England-Germany, FIFA will have goal-line technology in place by 2014. That game is big enough and that miss was huge, FIFA can't ignore it now.
Replay, that's still a ways away. The missed offside call on the Argentine first goal was criminal, and I say that as a fan who hates Mexico.
